I am a 30-year old network technician who has great interests in Cisco networking technologies and is certified as a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (R&S track), Cisco Certified Security Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Cisco Information Security Specialist, Cisco Firewall Specialist and Cisco IPS Specialist.

Since October 1st 2007 I´ve been employed by a service provider, providing fiberoptic-based BGP/MPLS VPN business solutions.My primary line of work is implementing and managing these solutions as a network operations technician.

:: CCIE1 Course

I've just attended the Global Knowledge CCIE1 training course. It's been a challenging week where I've figure a lot of new weys to do things. I've also found that there's a long way for the lab yet.

:: CCIE written passed!

Passed the 350-001 CCIE R&S written qualification exam today, with a fairly high score. I had a lot of OSPF, fortunately - but also some multicast & Qos which didn't go so well. But most important I passed :o) Now 18 months deadline for 1st lab attempt.
